First of all happy Saturday everybody! I felt like it would NEVER get here. My work week was so long for some reason, Idk why.
Ok, so we were out last night and I decided to check out Sally's to see what polish's they had. I knew they had Orly Polishes and I needed some new cuticle oil. I walk in a see China Glaze's new collection Tronica. Now I have never bought China Glaze, yea I know, but I have heard great things about the brand. So I bought three shades from the collection, a base coat and some cuticle oil.
If you dont know about the new Tronica Collection, the shades are holographic. In other words they have a shimmer to them. This is the display. The shades I got were Electra Magenta, Mega Bite and Hyper Haute. I have two coats of polish on. I think that you could get away with one coat, but I like my nails to be a bit darker. As far as removal, I didnt find it to be too difficult, I have been using the technique I seen on youtube to remove glitter/shimmer polish. I re-posted it on here.
This is Hyper Haute. It is a pink shimmer. Really pretty and you can see that the camera picks up the color well.
Mega Bite is next. I wanna say it's a gold shimmer. Although it is pretty, I think for me, this is more of a toe color. Especially with the color sandals I have, it'll be pretty on my toes.
Last but not least is Electra Magenta. This is a purple shimmer. My fav out of the three that I have so far. I think I am gonna paint the other hand and sport this shade for the day.
Over all, just from the three shades I have, I am a fan. I love a good shimmer shade. Like I said I owned any China Glaze, I will definitely buy more from China Glaze. They are on sale @ Sally's for like, 2 for $10. But I renewed my Sally's card so I got them @ like $4.49 a piece, which isnt bad considering they are normally $6.49 or something like that. I dont know if this sale is at all Sally's but I would check it out, especially with a new collection.
